Talent Mates is a London company building that presence in AI — small, careful agents for athletes, artists, and creators, and for the people who stand beside them. We started with football because that is where the founder began. The other worlds are on the horizon.

Talent Mates was founded in 2026 by Vitalii Lomov — a UEFA-licensed coach and football agent based in London. The company began in football and is now extending — carefully, in phases — into the wider talent economy across the United Kingdom, continental Europe, and Ukraine.

The founding conviction is simple: the industry talks too much about access and too little about preparation. A player doesn't need an agent who knows everybody. A player needs an agent who has read every clause, watched every minute of tape, and is in the room when the decision lands. Talent Mates is the company built on that conviction.
